We do not accept walk-ins as we prioritize one-on-one time with our doctors.We are committed to accommodating your needs and may offer same-day appointments based on availability. Completing your intake paperwork before your appointment is super important! It lets our doctors review your medical history and health concerns ahead of time, so they can provide the best care possible within the allotted time. Plus, it makes the check-in process quicker and smoother, reducing wait times.If you're unable complete it within 48 hours of your appointment time, your appointment is subject to rescheduling or cancellation.
As part of our office policies, we require a credit or debit card on file to secure your appointment and complete your intake forms. Rest assured, your card will not be charged until the time of your visit.Please note that your card may be subject to no-show or cancellation fees if you fail to attend your appointment or cancel within 24-hours of your scheduled time. This policy allows us to manage our schedule effectively and maintain our commitment to all of our patients.
Need to reschedule or cancel your appointment? No problem! Just let us know at least 24 hours in advance through the patient portal, email (office@hugheshealth.net), or text/call (614.681.0408).When you log in to your patient portal, you can select the appointment you'd like to change as long as it's before the 24-hour period. You can also use the 2-day emailed appointment reminder to respond directly to us.
If you cancel within 24 hours or don't show up, there will be a $50 non-refundable charge. We appreciate your understanding!

Your first visit will take about 30-45 minutes but we do recommend setting aside an hour. We take the time to listen and evaluate you because we look at the bigger picture and assess your unique movement patterns.We value your time and aim to keep things running smoothly to serve you best!
Wear loose, comfy clothes to your appointment! If we're treating a specific area like your knee or shoulder, shorts or a tank top are perfect so we can get to the joint. This helps us examine and treat you effectively and comfortably.
