While we do not accept health insurance, we offer various payment options, including flexible payment plans and the acceptance of HSA and FSA cards.
We are also happy to provide you with the necessary documentation for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Although we cannot assist you with the insurance claims itself, our goal is to ensure you receive the best possible care in a way that is straightforward and transparent. This means no surprise bills, hidden costs, or worries about what might not be covered.
At this time, we do not accept Medicare or patients who are Medicare-eligible.
Our clinic operates as a 100% self-pay, performance-based sports rehab practice with structured treatment programs. Due to the nature of our care model and program design, we are not currently set up to work within Medicare guidelines.
