We do not take insurance directly but you can USE your insurance.We prioritize providing high-quality, personalized care without the constraints often imposed by insurance companies. This allows us to focus more on your individual needs and less on administrative tasks and prior authorization.We are also happy to provide you with the necessary documentation and receipts for you to submit to your insurance. Depending on your out-of-network benefits and insurance policy, you may receive reimbursement or it will count towards your deductible.Although we cannot assist you with the insurance claims itself, our goal is to ensure you receive the best possible care in a way that is straightforward and transparent. This means no surprise bills, hidden costs, or worries about what might not be covered. We also offer various payment options, including flexible payment plans and the acceptance of HSA and FSA cards.

At this time, we do not accept Medicare or patients who are Medicare-eligible.

Our clinic operates as a 100% self-pay, performance-based sports rehab practice with structured treatment programs. Due to the nature of our care model and program design, we are not currently set up to work within Medicare guidelines.

While health insurance is helpful for surgeries or emergencies, it is similar to being able to use your car insurance to cover for big accidents but paying out of pocket for routine maintenance and upkeep.Our patient-centric approach ensures you receive the best and appropriate non-invasive and non-surgical treatment you need to achieve a pain-free, healthy life.
