Trigger point/neurologic needling is a technique used to relieve tight or knotted muscles. This stimulates a release of the muscle and knots, improves blood flow, and promotes relaxation. Unlike acupuncture, this focuses on the specific irritated muscles and nerves to provide relief.

Cups are used to create a suction which encourages blood flow into the tight area. This technique helps to hydrate and relax tissue for people with movement restrictions, chronic tightness or spasms.  We can also use cupping as a form of functional soft tissue release and directly mobilize tissue restrictions.

This instrument assisted soft tissue technique uses specialized stainless steel tools to detect and treat soft tissue injuries and restrictions. Graston involves scraping the skin gently with the tools to break down scar tissue, improve circulation, and promote healing in the affected areas.

Active release technique, or manual trigger point release, focuses on relieving tension and restrictions in the fascia and muscles. The therapy involves stretching and sustained pressure on specific areas of the body to release tightness and improve overall movement.

Electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) uses impulses to stimulate muscle contractions. EMS can help improve muscle strength, enhance recovery from injury, reduce muscle atrophy, and relieve pain. It's commonly used for rehabilitation after injury or surgery, as well as by athletes for conditioning and recovery.
